What you are actually buying
Four deliverables, each already sold on this site under my own name:
- 01
AI-visibility (GEO) audits
Your account team presents the findings as its own work.
- 02
Astro marketing sites
Built to a contractual Lighthouse target.
- 03
RAG assistants
For clients who need their own documents grounding an assistant.
- 04
Self-hosted AI deployments
For clients whose compliance requirements rule out third-party SaaS.
Every deliverable arrives unbranded — no watermark, no signature — formatted to drop straight into your own template.
How the engagement runs
You own the client relationship from first contact to last invoice; I never speak to your client without your written go-ahead, and even then only in the role you introduce me in. NDA both ways, signed before any brief moves.
// the promise
Your client never learns I exist — unless you choose to tell them.
You set the deadline you promised your client; I hit the deadline I promised you.
What it costs
There is no separate wholesale rate card and no invented agency discount: you pay the same published prices as the public service ladder, package for package.
- Fixed price
- The audit, the pilot.
- Range or floor
- The site build, the self-hosted deployment.
I invoice you directly, never your client, on the same milestone schedule as every rung — typically 30/40/30; what and when you invoice your client stays entirely yours to decide. Your margin is whatever you add on top — I never quote a number to your client, and never see the number you quote them, so there is never a competing figure in the room.
What I will not do
- I will not pitch your client on working with me directly — not during the engagement, and not after it ends.
- I will not contact your client without your written go-ahead — not even to say hello.
- I will not sign an exclusivity clause that shuts the studio to other agencies: I need a pipeline of my own between projects, and an exclusive that starves it helps neither of us.
Logistics that actually matter
- Timezone
- GMT+4 — my working afternoon is your morning across the EU and UK, a real overlap window every business day, before anything has to wait until tomorrow.
- Process
- Async-first — briefs and deliverables move as documents, replies land in writing within one business day, and calls happen when they earn a slot on the schedule.
- Paper
- Everything runs on a contract; invoices carry no VAT — you self-account for it under the reverse charge.
How to start
- 01
Send a brief
One current client brief — anonymized is fine.
- 02
Get a quote
A written reply within one business day, same as every other channel on this site; a fixed quote with a delivery date follows within two business days.
- 03
Start small
Keep the first project small on purpose: one audit, one build. Let the process prove itself before you standardize your agency on it.
The full price list lives on the service ladder, and the contract terms this page promises are spelled out in full on the Trust & Process page.
